Something to watch: Kraft had a massage, left, was stopped by police, and returned the next day for a repeat performance. Both visits, apparently, caught on video. BUT, neither of the women he was with were victims of sex trafficking, and after the first visit, police stopped the car Kraft was in on a pretext to get Kraft's I'd (he was the passenger), which may make it an illegal stop. Time will tell, but I'm putting my money on Kraft to beat this one.

I'm betting he beats it too. With that much money you almost need to murder someone popular to get any real penalty.

They'll file to postpone, a few times until it's no longer news, then work out a plea to something unrelated that doesn't require an admission of guilt. There will be a small fine and some day soon a prosecutor and a municipal judge will receive a nice campaign contribution.

Is Indiana a one or two party consent?

Indiana is a one-party state, but the statute only mentions wiretapping (phone conversations). There are other statures that apply to recording people in public spaces, and recording court hearings. As was mentioned, though, if the police have a court order they can record as they wish with consent from no one.

It seems odd to me that the women in Florida didn't know law enforcement was recording in their establishment.

In this situation, the police used hidden cameras, which implies there was a judge who authorized the recording. Same rules as tapping a phone, back when everyone used land lines.
