Looking for that wording on google leads to some other ads for a number of cities across the USA, and the phone number under the "call me" button leads to more old ads. Personally, I'm tempted to ask about their massage services and ask for a picture of who I would be meeting, but I would be concerned about possibly ending up on LEO's radar.

These are real they run these ads in quad cities they do have several numbers it's just getting right one. I have been to them several times the latest was last week. They usaualy set up at hotel and stay about a week. Qc runs new girl about every 10 days. The girls are not what ad shows but they are decent looking. I often see this term on ads. Would this mostly refer to intercourse only. Some ads do say no bb (bareback) services but then under 'Activities this service provider may enjoy' area it still mentions CIM (cum in mouth).
