Roscoe. I was speaking about j's in that they have been having the outdoor setup as I saw and then saw later the open sign posted. does anyone know if j's is or was open inside as well? I would think that as of Friday anyone that wasn't indoors they can be. also i heard that louie's was closed again and will reopen this friday though. Thanks again.

I think this Friday they should be allowed to serve booze indoors with proper precautions. However, they might not feel they can logistically adhere to the new guidelines. Would tend to believe nothing is on the table if it's all outdoors. I mean heim is up and down busy and they are right at an intersection. We shall see what we shall see. Any sooner reports will be greatly appreciated. I won't be hitting the immediate area until the 4th weekend as my flea opens back up and hopefully I will be able to get more info on louie's, j's, carl's and bobbys. Stay safe all. Stosh.

Wondering if the new setup makes extras harder or easier to get at J's.

I think this Friday they should be allowed to serve booze indoors with proper precautions. However, they might not feel they can logistically adhere to the new guidelines. Would tend to believe nothing is on the table if it's all outdoors. I mean heim is up and down busy and they are right at an intersection. We shall see what we shall see. Was open last Monday 15th, only saw 2 girls dancing.

I think you are spot on with that. I was told they are opening on the 26th. Looking forward to stopping by again but will probably wait until things settle down a little bit. I'm sure it will be a bum rush for the first week or so.

At least during the week and after work. All of those places on heim as well as louie's should see a big time uptick since the strip has primarily been dry during all of this. We go into phase 4 this Friday so I think officially places can serve indoors. I am sure that is community by community, however I think across the state except in chicago proper the establishments can serve liquor indoors with the proper precautions.

With parking so tight over there anyway I wonder myself how things are going to get done. I have never looked around that back of that area. I know that the trailer park and the junk yard is right there so who knows. I mean lake is busy so girls grinding in front of passing traffic is doubtful. I am sure one of the regulars will chime in. I just don't feel like going around down there unless I have business.

O'Hare area native, will be visiting at the end of July. I'm familiar with Bobby's, got plenty of HJs there back in the day, one girl even slipped it in bare one time, but I'm out of touch with all the other lingerie bar options. Some are new since I left and others I just don't remember which are which. Would someone mind giving me a run down of bar names and locations? I know most aren't open right now but I want to make a list and hit them all while I'm in town.

No good deed goes unpunished, mayor! Have not been looking at bobby's only because that whole center on that side is kinda f*cked up. The clothing store reopened with huge lines as well further down the sos reopened and LEO everywhere watching the lots. Back to the point though. I take it you left with your 10 and gave her a look like are you for real? I thought you have been without work living off whoever for the last 3 months and you are telling me how much to tip you just for laughs? No that does not work. I earned all my money and I don't mind giving some to these women. Try being nice to me and smile!

I went ahead & gave her the 10, & said she'd have to be happy with that. I realize these ladies have been impacted by this & I don't mind a little cash to help the cause, I just don't like being told how much I should donate for nothing. It's too bad Bobby's hasn't stayed open since then. Other than the 20 tip issue, I liked their layout for the whole distancing thing. It seems J's has zero distancing going on. For now, I'm going to error on the side of caution.

I pulled in to J's parking lot last week. There were a lot of people & no one wearing masks. I decided to take a pass. I decided to see if anyone else was open. Bobby's had a bunch of tables set up on the sidewalk in that corner of the strip mall. I went ahead & stopped by. Everyone was keeping a safe distance for the most part. I didn't stay long. A couple of the dancers were just hanging around having drinks (no dances & wearing regular clothes). One came up to me & asked If I'd tip her. I figured, why not. I went to give her a 10 & she said "NO, it's 20". I thought wow, that's a lot of nerve. I finished my beer & left. I've driven by a couple times since & the've been closed.

I didn't get more than a quick glance last evening, but not only did they look open, they also looked slammed and I believe I saw girls outside walking among the tables.

It's me, myself and I on here, however possibly some are looking and not posting. Was on heim today as well as last Saturday. As of today at least as far as I know j's is officially opened. Now last week they had those tables out in the parking lot near the mirrored door as I mentioned, however now I am seeing a large sign that says open for business again. As far as pen goes, nothing to report other than what was reported here by another. Looks like they gave the former pen building a front facelift as well as the place directly next door so I would tend to believe the same owner for both. Both have for rent signs on them as of last Saturday morning. With the flea opening up down there as of the 4th weekend I will be seeing more of what is what there as well as louie's. All I know. Play safe all, stosh.
