I will usually tip some even if it's just for a massage. These girls move around a lot and may remember you at a new spot and offer more if you gave them a few bucks here. 20 sounds a bit high for what you experienced, but I'd never do more than that for just the massage.

IMHO, at a legit places with some YMMV reputation, some tip would be appreciate in any case. Although, if a parlor is well known for delivering a menu, and I don't get anything but a massage, then why would I tip for an unfinished job / service.
