(K11 Coco) This place is terrible. Stupid, unfriendly, greedy women. Better off going to Sun spa down the road and boycott K11.

So, I was in the area recently, didn't research the options in the area, only place I've tried there is Sun. (I liked Sun, but hated how busy it is, waiting in the lobby with other Mongers. Ugh!) So I stopped in K11, Coco. I guess I wouldn't have tried it if I had researched it first, since it has nothing but horrible reviews. Overall I still generally liked it, but needs improvement.

Pluses: clean place, clean table shower, she's also very attractive (in my opinion anyway) for a 40's is woman. Also she was very nice, but earlier reports say otherwise. No jackhammer.

Minuses- Mainly cost. I get the "greedy" vibe in two ways. Negotiation at the flip. Also $65 door fee is for "Swedish" which is much too light and not a very good massage. $75 for "deep tissue" which seemed too expensive a door fee, so I passed. Maybe that option includes back-walking, as I saw the bars on the ceiling. Not a fan of back walking except rare instances, where the MT is very skilled and small and light. Usually back walking just hurts and messes up your back worse, so I usually skip that now. Last minus was semi-frequent interruptions. She had to answer the phone twice, answer the doorbell twice, etc. Seems to be a one-girl operation.

So I called and made apt at this place on Friday. I show up and lady has a HUGE rack and is wearing a baseball hat, she asks for 50. I was excited. The place was empty as they just moved in. When I went to use the bathroom it did look like they are setting up a table shower. Anyways Massage was not great. She brushed up on the goods a few times and all I thought about was hopefully getting a chance to release those giants out of that shirt. . Another monger showed up after about 25 minutes and she stepped out to put him in a room. She comes back quick rub on front and says that's it. She said "I massage only but 3 very nice girls will be in on Monday blah blah blah. " She left the room and that was the end of that. I thought about it as I was leaving. People had mentioned something about this number being the old gunnison and how it may be an impostor. I also remember a while ago reading a review about a girl at the old Guni that wears a baseball hat and she ruins all the fun. I wonder if that was her. Anyways if anyone can shed some light on this would appreciate it.

I visited about 5 pm Friday 6/28 so they are making slow progress there. I saw a gent walk in and soon walk out a few minutes before I gave it a shot. The lady described at the new AMP is Kim. I would certainly pay well for a full massage and service session with her, but that doesn't sound likely. This seemed more of a one off, but maybe with her future girls if they ever arrive?

My take is that over the next few weeks / months she may get this place into shape and maybe get some girls and then possibly try to sell it like she did with Apple? I also have a feeling that she is the VIP in Streamwood owner. Only time will tell. Though with the location of this new spa not sure if it will be primarily no happiness or else not last more than a year if that if they are service minded. Let us not discuss the specific location.
