Based on good reviews I tried out Howard yesterday after work. There was plenty of free street parking when I got there. I noticed there was a rear entrance to the place but opted to go in through the front. The reception area has no locked door and waited a couple of seconds before I was greeted by a young looking spinner maybe in her late 20's I would say.
