Sent you a PM with details. I think most guys here will agree that 40 is the appropriate tip for the standard L1. Ev is a pretty good place that usually (not always) gives a little extra effort and I've often tipped 50 or 60 there, but at some AMP's they want 60 just for a crappy rub and tug. No dice. You have to hold firm and be willing to walk away. The "right" tip depends on the level of clothing, roaming, appearance and overall attitude. BTW I do not negotiate in advance and do not repeat with hagglers who complain about my tip on the way out. It's called a happy ending for a reason. Some guys enjoy the negotiation but for me it just kills the vibe. To each his own.

Went to Maria's in Skokie. It appears that the place is going down. Dust and filth were everywhere. The toilet was scary. The towels on the table seems to be unchanged since Christmas. For 70 per hour I would expect to have at least some basic hygienic environment. I hope that someone who is in charge will read it.

Agneska, about 40 (year old Slightly overweight, with sticking out belly, was the mt. I've been to that place many times, she saw me before going in and out, but had never had a chance to provide any services. Upon coming to the room she collected 70 house fee then proceeded to massage. Actually there was no massage, instead it was just some sporadic spread of tons of oil on my back and legs. It lasted about 15 minutes, then without any prior teasing she suggested to turn over and demanded 120 for L1 upfront. I obviously refused, then she continued to spread gallons of oil on my front and in about 10 minutes reduced her demand to 60, still upfront. I agreed, she did the job fully dressed. After the finish she immediately stopped, handed to me some paper towel and left the room. I was shorted approximately 20 minutes, she didn't even bother to wipe oil from my body. As a result my dress shirt was ruined, I discovered some traces of oil even on the back side of my tie.

It was probably one of worst services that I've seen in last 20 years.

Yes, she is back and I was exited to see her again, but after I finally saw her, I was disappointed. She is not our old well known, accommodating, enthusiastic friend. Everything was rushed and mechanical and shorted on time.

Didn't see anyone through the window so can't say if MT is young old or anywhere between. Anyone know it? I have some time tomorrow and might tofft if I can't line up my Plan A.
