From the story I heard on ABC News, a task force "turned" several working girls and re-posted new ads for them on a website. Then, they arrested the 9 guys who showed up for appointments. The story didn't say which website. Needless to say the Mayor resigned the other day LOL.

Appreciate that clarification so I will investigate further as I would want to know what was the jurisdiction where these stings went down as well as what uncle it actually was.

Two more politicians just got charged in a prostitution sting. The Mayor of Sandwich IL was charged in a prostitution sting along with a member of the Putnam County Public Defenders Office office. Prior to being the Mayor, he had been the Chief of Police in Sandwich for over 16 years.

Just goes to show you what some of these politicians and law enforcement people are really made of. I wonder how many times they used prostitutes and didn't get caught.

A nut if you read it. Personally I was close to two situations similar, however not personally involved. Can't get specific on one because she became a well known local name in the judiciary courts! Yep fellas, a state judge!! Anyway the other was the girl I met as a friend who is or was at least 10 years ago a pro. From her over many many four hour long phone conversations at 2 am- Guys will do insane things to sustain these "relationships". We are not hearing something of this story. I did not catch it, however was this dude married? Or a significant other and? Also yea imo it leans more towards he was defrauding his employer and used her as the scapegoat. I am going to follow this case as it appears it will be locally tried.

News from the sunshine state. The good news is that a judge isn't allowing the video footage from the sting which ensnared the Patriots owner, among others. It's always a little comforting when the judicial system sides with liberty and privacy.

I'm down here right now in this general area. One local news channel reported that the cops staked out one particular spa for 6 days and saw 97 guys go in and out. I'm guessing they ran their license plates. As of now, this is just a guess. They also reported that the cops did something called a "trash pull" and found a spreadsheet of financial records. They may have gotten credit card info from these records. On the early evening news, they showed all the mugshots with names and dates of birth. They also put a tracking device on the vehicle of one of the owners.

I read they stopped all of the guys exiting the spa and asked for their driver's license. They asked for Kraft's even though he was not driving. He could have refused.

The prosecution is not doing so well. No human trafficking was found. They even arrested the girls working there which tells you they were not forced to be there. This is a botched operation and Kraft will most likely go free. Remember, the police got the warrants to place the cameras on premise based on information they said they had that human trafficking was there. They did not have evidence and went to a Judge and got the warrant (sounds like a different Court situation named FISA. I digress). And they had reports of the Video leaking. It could only come from the Prosecutor's office. I bet you anything all charges will be dropped. The Prosecutor may be in trouble with the Court because of the leak.
