Every Indy I know has been busted.

That may be the case. However, Indy girls only get slaps on the wrist compared to an agency. In almost every case involving an agency, they're facing felony charges. And typically there will be some tax related issues as well.

The owner of Angelli's / ECE was arrested on the 19th of November. They have him on sex work and laundering charges. His court date is the 20th of December. He was working closely with MCE and I spoke with a former provider of his and learned that a few girls were approached by detectives already.

Independent seems to be the way to go. They're not after independents, they want the big agencies with thousands of dollars coming in.

I sometimes get a real kick out of the idiocy shown by mongers. Let's figure this one out. You have an agency owner involved in an illegal activity. That means at any time, he could be busted and his clients, not to mention his girls, exposed. This does not automatically mean he is a douchebag because that would be judging all of us. But unless knowing him personally, why would anyone give him information they don't want exposed? And why complain now because he does it? I cannot claim I know anything about agencies, because I don't have that kind of money for women. But I know this much. I am not trusting ANYONE involved in girl selling with personal information about me.

Historically there hasn't been much of any problems associated with agencies getting clients in trouble. Many agencies have been busted and client lists exposed. But even in the most high profile cases the law enforcement hasn't used that info against regular men. I mean you can read about many high profile busts in NYC including politicians. Remember Palfrey in DC? Even when the * said she was going to name names she didn't. Her lawyer later on named organizations involved. Dumb move. But still nobody was hurt. Remember Elliot Spitzer? The investigation began with him not the agency he used.

Many mongers like to preach "Oh I would never share info with anyone in order to see a girl" Well those are the same dudes scraping the barrel trash on listcrawler. If you want to see the best talent you play by the rules of this game. The game is not risk free. Those same men refusing to screen end up in other situations with ghetto * and black pimps. You are much safer dealing with an established provider or agency. You also get ease of doing business, variety, and your pick of the best talent.

Anyone with a brain is going to want to screen you. However this case with wacko nazi ECE owner is an absolute first. I have never seen in my life an agency expose clients like this. Totally insane.

If nothing happened to high profile men that used agencies that were busted, then it's safe to say LE certainly wouldn't give a damn about anyone of us. It's way too hard to prove anything. And if LE wants to go after sex industry businesses then the Euro agencies using non residents are going to be the first to fall. Yet they are still here. Literally 262 and the other Euros bring aliens into the USA to work in an illegal business and then launder the cash earned back to Poland. So international "sex trafficking and money laundering". Yet they are still in business. And they don't even screen which leaves them WIDE open to arrest. They also use hotels in the suburbs. And typically that is where all these raids happen. Yet they are still in business. It means it's not much of a priority.

Guess who does get busted? People that don't use reputable providers and agencies. Just look at the seasonal arrests that Dart does. Look at those dudes in the paper and online with their faces exposed and names named. They are all men who didn't use established providers that screen. You don't see clients of agencies getting busted with their mugshots posted do you? No you don't. You see regular blokes that see girls that do not screen and non agency girls. This happens monthly around the country. Most of these raids are going on in Florida, Los Angeles, and whenever our brave evangelical hero Sheriff Dart decides he needs some headline and federal money from HSI. Each time these yokals do a "human trafficking" raid they get federal money. So they need these headlines.

Another agency in NYC busted. As with the previous busts in NYC it involved couples. A couple in Chicago should take notice. The Chicago couple is doing almost the same thing as this NYC couple.

I'm curious to know what they were sentenced to, but Google can't find any info. It's been over a year since they were found guilty.

Looked up on PACER and it appears the locals got 1 year and 1 day as sentencing. I believe most of the big players haven't all been sentenced yet, but you can bet it will be more than that.
