I'm not sure how it compares to AMP type places since I've almost never been, but $85 + $150 for L1 would put it on par with places like Chicagoland Bodyrubs (CLM), so depending on the quality of the girls there that wouldn't necessarily be outrageous. But the CLM girls are all clad in lingerie from the start. It doesn't sound like that is the case here. On the other hand it sounds like you get a genuine therapeutic massage, which only one or two girls at CLM know how to do.

I'd agree with you if clothing options, more teasing, etc were all part of the $235 deal but all of it is "a la carte" here. It sounds like $150 gets you just L1 and then another fee on TOP of that for clothing options. If they offer more than L1 here, I'm willing to bet it goes even higher. Depending on what they charge for the clothing options, you're now approaching full escort prices. My overall take on this place is they are primarily a spa / beauty salon that is willing to offer extra services on their massage clientele only if the client is willing to pay a high fee. Maybe they get enough high rollers there to sustain it. I'm willing to maybe try again at some point in the future and see if my experience differs now that I've been there before.

I tried #3 recently and TOFTT. The ad makes it look like it might be a private residence but it's actually a beauty spa in the Skokie area that offers massages on the 2nd floor. Definitely not outcall. It's a very discreet building on the outside and it looks like a regular office. The place is super clean, massage room was spacious, private, and relaxing too. I got the impression there was more than 1 provider here even though I never saw them. The upstairs area is set up like a massage parlor rather than a beauty salon. My provider was quiet (but nice), and gave a pretty thorough and relaxing swedish style massage. I'd say she might have been more ebony than latina as the ad suggests but perhaps she was a mix. My massage was pretty thorough and it was clear she had some actual LMT type training. She rubbed me all over including the butt but unfortunately avoided the very inner groin area and the fun parts. Still, I was optimistic about extras because I was uncovered the entire length of the massage session. However, when the massage session concluded, she started walking away. I asked about extras on her way out and she said they were available but pricey. When I asked how pricey, I was quoted at 1. 5 for L1 and it didn't sound like clothing options were included in that price. This was on top of the $85 fee for the massage. It also didn't seem like there was any room to negotiate either so I took a pass and left with blue balls, LOL. She hinted that the boss was the one who set the prices and that apparently is who I was communicating with by text to set up the appt. I'm not used to extras being set in stone by the boss or manager but then again, this wasn't a typical AMP type place. Normally, it's the provider you are negotiating with directly. So the conclusion is L1 is available here but bring lots of cash if you want to go. My provider was friendly and I enjoyed the massage and atmosphere but $150 tip is awfully steep for L1 and I just couldn't justify that. There is an outside chance I could return sometime in hopes of negotiating a better price with the manager as a returning customer. It might be one of those places where they need to get more familiar with you.

Second one seems like they feel that the photos are required, so why not take a flattering pic. Everyone wants to take a flattering pic. Use of the term "sciatic" registers as a zero on the 1-10 happy scale. "oH I am so sorry you misinterpret photo that way, we a re located in medical building. ".

Third is down to clown and / or rob the fuck out of you. I get the appeal of someone coming to your hotel, but that ad seems low effort / fly by night.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking the first was more than just legit because the second photo shows a lot of cleavage and the ad text does not come across as 100% therapeutic to me.

Agree the second ad seems the most legit, but the flattering photos gives off a hint of sexiness.

Not sure why the 3rd one makes you think it's a robbery setup?

I am leaning toward trying the first one, as worst case it's 100% therapeutic, and I do enjoy that as well.

There are extras but you may not want them. The massage is an actual semi-therapeutic massage with lots of stretching and yanking, twisting and pulling. There's zero tease / build up, so you have to start from zero if you get me. Why bother, you ask? Because you already paid upfront for the end and she is very explicit about that part, and she tries to get a LOT out of you. And her technique is nothing special, whole thing is a waste of time, $, and a hard-on of you get one.

Check the massage thread. There are a few apartments places that offer massages but aren't parlors. Not sure about outcall, though. I'd just go with an agency and ask for a massage.
