So here's the question of the day:

Just because they have your data isn't necessarily proof that you engaged in any illegal activity, correct? Let's assume that's true, then can you be arrested or charged without being caught actively engaging in that activity?

The answer is NO not yet, but if the way things are going and the direction it's headed it's only a matter of time that they will be able to. Trafficking in the sex industry I believe comes under homeland security just like terrorist and the politicians will jump on the bandwagon to be able to arrest people just based on intel / data. ESP if trafficing is from Asia. For me it's not about getting arrested that's the worst case, it's about the data ie personal info and IP address, this can turn into a ugly situation. For example if there is a data breach someone can post your info publicly or even worse blackmail you. I am not saying that the agency will do that, but if someone hacks into there system than you can have bigger issue depending on what they do with your info. I always try to mid-agate risk. It's always risky in this hobby but that's why there are rules and yes no guarantee even if you follow the rules you will be safe but I always try and reduce the risk as much as possiable. If I can get away with it I will never give any of my personal info out not, but unfortunately agency's will not let you partake with out this info. I know Reading this forum EEC girls do a photo I'd check and maybe I am being paranoid but I just can't bring myself to do that. I will always side on caution, you never know what can happen even if the agency is good the girl can go rouge and use your personal info against you. It is tempting because of all the great reviews from the agency girls but I haven't taken the plunge yet hahahahah stay safe out there I know the BP & street walker scene is getting worse all the time here in chirack.

Well they could make the data available to everyone, so even though you are not charged, it can still ruin your name.

Does anyone know anything about any of these providers? I'm definitely interested. They all say that they host at their own places rather than hotels. I'm always skeptical about hotels.

This is why I haven't used most agencies. When the ones in seattle got busted their client lists were exposed to microsoft and amazon and the police had access to that data, they didn't come after them, but its just too close to call. Finding indies that give good a good time, aren't pimped or on drugs, under 30 and are 300/ hr and lower is hard, but I'd rather give my info to a reputable indie rather than an agency any day. If she screens the chance she's ever going to be arrested is low, and even if she is, cops probably won't' care to try to make a list of every guy who's ever contacted her, because she's small fish and they can't come after those guys. I've thought about p411, but I don't know about giving all that info to a website, even if its in Canada.

After looking up on how to do some research on them, it would seem that the last three links are definitely jack shacks, but I am not so sure about the first. So, what do you do if you show up and it is? I have never encountered this type of scenario before. You can pm me if it is easier. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If it's a jack shacks, simply do not go inside. Does the place with the 'girls' sign still operate and scam these days? Old BP posts were kinda easy to sniff out.

Interesting story.

I just hooked up with a 23 year old from Northbrook. She was telling me she worked at in Roselle. They place a lot of ads, wait for the calls and try to entice the guy to come. They get 240 for you to pleasure yourself. Cameras everywhere, thug bouncers. Some disgruntled customer came and shot the place up. I fell for the one on North Ave years back. There was a flipping Dupage County Sheriffs car in the next lot, probably protection for the place.

In my experience 9 out of 10 times, the BP and CL photos are fake. Some features could match (race, body type etc), but the provider is different.
