So here's the question of the day:

Just because they have your data isn't necessarily proof that you engaged in any illegal activity, correct? Let's assume that's true, then can you be arrested or charged without being caught actively engaging in that activity?

Its not proof of anything, it's barely even proof of contact (they could have gotten your data anywhere). And technically they can arrest you (because police can do whatever they want and face consequences after the fact), but they wouldn't because no prosecutor would take the case as there's no proof of a crime.

Every agency I've heard about that has been raided turned over all their clients lists and information to the Police. When push comes to shove, the agency that's already in cuffs isn't going to care about your discretion, they'll care about whatever gets them less time in jail. If / when ECE or the others pisses off LE, or as soon as police are pressured not to turn a blind eye anymore (especially in this SESTA FOSTA anti-trafficking climate), CPD will have a LONG list of client info, who knows what they'll do with it.

I also noticed signs about needed a parking pass but figured these people must be allowed guests, its the Burbs, not the city.

Just careful read the signs. Unless it's stated "guest parking" cannot park on townhouse designated spots.

Easy to setup through text. Nice setup, town house, pretty close to LUX spa. Not the girl in the pics. I think next time I'll ask who they have closer to the pics.
