Yes, Squeezing the air from the tip should be done. I've noticed a lot of provider, when they put on the jimmy they do Not do that. I don't really like it, so generally I take it a little easy. I'd rather put it on my self, but a lot of them rather put it on the guy. An old co-worker told me about this method about 10yrs ago.

Usually happens with the really tight ones and I suggest they use a damn lubricant. When you are so tight, you just force it in and its very likely condom breaks.
