I agree. I would find it extremely difficult to believe after all of these years that the powers that be are unaware of some of the local businesses. This is a small town that probably has an understanding of what will and will not be tolerated. I'm sure the benefits they bring outweigh the costs. Remember Belvidere is a small town near the highway- not a thriving city like Chicago- although Chicago's finances are another issue entirely. Any business which brings in added revenue for the town helps the bottom line. Getting massages, grabbing a bite to eat at the local restaurant, grabbing a beverage, etc. - all of that helps pay for teachers, firefighters, roads, etc. And keep property taxes lower for the locals. It's too bad other towns / cities are not as understanding with their businesses and customers.

After playing a round of golf and being fairly close to Belvidere I tried my luck to see if CLV was open. It was open until 2:00 and my all time favorite Jennah was working. Made an appointment and Jennah gave a great massage within the rules as always. There is new management in place with a new attitude. The old CLV is gone with a new fresher look is in place. After my appointment with Jennah I noticed Angela, ex -ERS, was working there. Also in agreement with Respect the ladies and they will respect you.

IMHO reviews can be effective with simple comments like: recommend, don't recommend, exceeded expectations, good attitude and work ethic, mid 20's, or mid 40's etc etc.

If anyone on the board hasn't been potty trained or doesn't know how to clean themselves, they should be refused service and probably be recycled as dog food.

If you are physically repulsive, do something about it. Hair cut, dental floss, lose wight, shave, wear clean clothes etc. Most of these girls deserve academy awards, but there are limits.

If you are looking for FS, it's Rockford.

In Belvidere, the standard appointment duration is 50 minutes. The basic program is: you walk in, look at a selection of women, pick your preference, go to a private room, clean up in the shower and get a lame massage with 'happy ending'. In the middle of your session, she'll offer you the opportunity to massage her, then after a while, you'll switch back to her massaging you for the ending. The happy ending will be by hand, or her breasts. Performing oral, receiving oral, intercourse, digital penetration are all against the rules and 99.999% of the women follow the rules. Don't expect more and you won't be disappointed. Door fee is around $100, standard tip for acceptable service is $20.

I am ashamed that this needs to be said, but apparently (according to the ladies) not all guys know that they leak and create weird smells during the day. In Rockford, you'll be waiting in your room as she takes your money to the cashier. Use this alone time to wash up. There will be soap by the sink, a supply of wash cloths and hand towels. She'll be happier to be with you if you smell good and are clean (see above). The Rockford rooms have a couch. She will cover the cushions with a bed sheet and that's where you'll be waiting for her when she returns.
