The only shop I've seen on that short portion of Nuuanu Avenue which could perhaps provide massage services is "Rose Nails and Spa". On the exterior of that shop, I've seen no mention of "massage". Yet, in customer reviews for that shop, a massage chair is mentioned and "foot massage" is mentioned. Most or all of the reviewing customers for that shop seem to be female, so I think it's unlikely that female employees are providing men with hanky-panky "massage" in that shop.
