I would say that over 90% of the ads are using fake pics. If the girls are ugly or average looking in the ads, then it is probably accurate. However, if the pics look TGTBT, then they are probably fake. I also agree with most reviews that Vivian is pretty lame. I randomly tried her once when I was near the UH area.
