They are exactly like you said same group of old Chinese, like your money but lazy as hell to do something for it, she actually stopped gave me back 40 when she realized I could go the whole hour, they are against working even for a half hour, one thing is for sure they are not a sting operation but you may want to avoid them as if they are a big whole in your pocket!
