Not sure If it's covid related. The whole experience was more an extreme lack of effort or customer service once the door closed after money changed hands. I saw her before year or so ago and was satisfied. Full hour. PAid after. Maybe difference this time was money up front. Either way I'm not repeating. It was that unsatisfying.
