At my previous condo I would hold open the door for whomever would walk through as a courtesy and out of roughly four instances, not once he said thank you and the way he would walk through, he just exuded a sense of entitlement even my gf would noticed it. Fast forward to current time, I moved into another Kakaako condo and this tiny douche moved here too. If he's not around his kids or wife, I rudely try to close the door before he can get through with zero regards for his well being. I hate that guy.

I recall this guy. Years ago, I saw him arguing w a mama in the hallway of the AMP at night. The mama said he had a girl but he didn't have money. There was no shame in his face. The buggah was in a shat of stress being caregiver for his father (dementia), domestic violence allegation, rumors / innuendos, and whatevers. Plenty others go through the same shat so I no feel sorry for him but can tell he's the sensitive type and "couple quarts low;" no reason to act tantaran and be one jerk. If you one public figure got to expect some crap.

Still wish him (and others) the best as he still has the determination and resilience to succeed in one tough business.

Real hard to operate business right now even with all the precautions and planning in place due to clusters at other venues in the news (religious, sports, parties, etc.). I have a small business, too, but not much contact with clients unless signature (s) needed; e-business will soon be the norm (if not already), IMO.
