Although I very much want to see the "charges tossed" and Robert Kraft "beat the rap," and I think it's very likely that will happen, unfortunately it hasn't happened yet. Please note that the linked news report says that the prosecution could "appeal the ruling to the state supreme court," which is the Florida Supreme Court. Several other news reports likewise say that the prosecution could seek to have this ruling reviewed by the Florida Supreme Court. So, to borrow a quote from Yogi Berra: "It ain't over till it's over".

From the way it sounds, that was clearly overreaching by investigators and a violation of the 4th amendment for this type of case. They recorded "everyone" who went in there, not only from entering and exiting, but in the lobby AND in the private rooms as well.

If they were investigating a violent criminal network engaging in serious crime, it may have been reasonable to record "everyone" entering / exiting a premesis. If you are going to secretly record inside a private property, you need to be as descriptive as possible on what you expect to see when you apply for the warrant. The scope of the warrant is important to retain the balance of privacy and reasonable searches / seizures.

The bottom line is the 5% of men who did not receive a "HE", along with all the "women", would otherwise be considered "legitimate patrons", were recorded on video in a compromised state (nude / partially nude) as a process of this investigation.

Imagine this scenario: There's a student (s) setting up cameras in a school bathroom. Investigators apply for a warrant to surveil the school bathrooms to find out who is placing the cameras. In the process, investigators manage to record a whole week of kids showering after PE in the lockerroom, but they also catch the person setting up the cameras. Should this evidence be admissible? No way. You can't violate the rights of all the innocent students in the process of collecting evidence against a suspect (s).

Not the ones, Hawaiian last name went to the East coast to chase here dream. The Gibsons girls are really sweet, Olena, we talked about Olena from her HPU days thru internships, was one wild wahine who could paina bigtime and she could handle, NO BS. I use to see her AE friend and did the go out and end up at my cause too much drinkee and way too horny, how I met Mari and ended up dating for awhile. Trini, ambitious. I hear in my head Trish K, sorry man I see her face in my head but know her last was Hawaiian cause my boys use to play damn good when she was one of the spectators. Cindy is still hot, since HS days and a good friend of ours was tapping Mel a bunch until she wanted the more, never saw my friend backpeddle so fast. Bradda Mits, because of the cowboy and cowgirl days, many use to go drinkee after stress worker choke places.
