Hostess bars have been in decline for years. Well I think it would never come back for years. Most hostess bar customers know they are in the highest risk (old male with weight issue or diabetes, underlying condition) and bar owners already learn lesson that lock down against them can come back while virus spikes can come again while they anyway have to pay rental.

OK, so the mayor when announce via media to loosen a bit and open the parks, community gardens, beaches, hiking, and whatevers to solo visits and activities. Solo? The rules breakers going have one field day with this one trying to practice shutdown law without one license; starting already with solo health and safety concerns for certain activities. The current brats breaking rules not going comply anyhow, anyway. As mentioned in prior posts, assess fines of $K per person, per offense, no excuses; put liens on their assets, if any.

We need to assist our schools (special needs students, meals for kids), unemployed, hungry families / individuals / seniors / kids, families with rents / mortgages, commerce, tourism, etc. Get back to some type of normalcy already using stricter guidelines and penalties. Tired of this crep already.
