What you have to consider in a case of human trafficking is: 1. Did a person other than the person that is on the plane ticket, pay for it; and 2. The frequency of the visits to a particular area (multiple trips to the same area in one year.).

The multiple trips to Hawaii in one year would generate that report, especially if you are coming from a foreign country without a work Visa. Customs and immigration does maintain records of these frequent trips.

Also, if you are paying for the trips, you could be arrested for human trafficking.

But it bothers the fuck out of me when our prosecuter (s) conduct these raids on massage places in the name of "human trafficking".

And they never find any, because you know if they did, they would be tooting their horn and shouting it from the mountaintops that they busted a human trafficking operation, and it would be all over the news. But it never is, so that tells us that they never found "human trafficking" at any of these massage place raids.

But like Red is saying, they put that boogeyman out there, and then there is never a follow up report to say that there was no "human trafficking" found. They just leave that boogeyman out there in people's minds to make it look like they are doing something about it. But they're not.

    Very good point Red

    Of course not!

(Here's an example of why women shouldn't always be automatically believed when making a rape claim).

A South Dakota woman pleaded guilty to making a false police report after she claimed an assailant raped her in Florida, police say.

XXXXXXXX, 30, was arrested in Sioux Falls on March 10 after reporting sexual battery in Hillsborough County two days before. She was charged with misuse of a 911 system, false report of a crime, and fabricating physical evidence.

In 911 audio released by Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, XXXXXXXX claimed that she pulled over to the side of I-75 after having some car trouble. She then reported that a male suspect put a towel over her head, shoved her in the car, and raped her while her arms and legs were tied.

XXXXXXXX told police that a particular type of rope was used, and authorities discovered that the product was sold at nearby Walmart stores. During a thorough search of local Walmart locations, police saw surveillance video of XXXXXXXX buying the rope.

"Following this discovery, detectives recovered video from multiple places Mrs. XXXXXXXX visited in the time surrounding the attack, refuting her initial statements," Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. XXXXXXXX attempted to change her statements before eventually admitting to fabricating the entire incident".

According to FOX 13 Tampa Bay, XXXXXXXX, who was married at the time, fabricated the rape to get a free STD test.

"She had consensual sexual intercourse with an individual in Hillsborough County," prosecutor Jessica Couvertier said in court, according to FOX 13. "Then she felt guilty about it because of her marital status, and she wanted to get checked out for a sexually transmitted disease".

"This case is truly disheartening," Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a press release in May. "There are far too many victims faced with this type of trauma. This woman took advantage of our 911 emergency line and diverted attention from actual victims who need the viable resources available in these investigative scenarios".

XXXXXXXX was sentenced to two years of community control, a form of house arrest, and eight years of probation, FOX 13 reported. She also owes the sheriff's office $17,245 for the resources they expended while investigating her report.

"A couple of days ago, I noticed some strange cars parked in our driveway and we were told they were on surveillance and not to disturb them," said San Henline, who lives across the street from Jones. ".

    This sounds amazing.

UC team let people know they are doing UC operation.

Is police team leader a close friend of this arrested man??

One good aspect of this unfortunate firestorm will be the three outside independent law firms gearing up to conduct their investigations as they are experienced in these matters suing California's power company and winning a number of their cases. No longer can the corrupt State of Hawaii and their political cronies just cover it up. Problem is when the dust settles and HECO pays out $billions, if they are still in business, eventually the public will be stuck with the bill through higher rates.

    Ikaika lahaina. Malama maui nei

    Ho'omanawanui. Patience.

The world will know the number of our lahaina neighbors that have gone, ho'omanawanui e olu olu mai 'oe.

HECO should have cut power due to high winds, there would have never been a fire.

How the ancestors lived will provide the guidance to make lahaina pono again. Returning the water system and the way the ancestors cultivated their food supply will provide the wisdom to move forward in the direction that will heal the 'aina and the people.

Was you friend's wife hot? I have friends with hot wives and if I ever had a chance you had, I would too as long as I knew their relationship was over.
    He's innocent.

Takes two to tango. Guarans the wife should get jail time too, then. But if that was her, holding his hand walking out of that mistrial, dayummm she is hotness. Yowza. Can sampo? $5 dolloh? LOL.
