And so called elite professionals happily give personal info including picture Id issued by American government, and credit card. And even paid monthly membership fee believing they are special other than cheap AMP clients LOL.
Some might have felt how special they are while texting sexual message, new * service blah blah to inter states, inter national pimps' phones.

ESPN apologized Monday night for a video clip of a woman baring her breast that was shown during the broadcast of the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.
It was aired coming out of a commercial during the second half of Washington's 37-31 victory over Texas in a semifinal game of the College Football Playoff. A clip of people wandering on Bourbon Street in New Orleans showed a woman pulling down her top to expose her breast.
"We regret that this happened and apologize that the video aired in the telecast," ESPNs Bill Hofheimer said in a statement to The Associated Press.

If just for a day our king and queen.
Would visit all these islands and saw everything.
How would they feel about the changes of our land.
Could you just imagine if they were around.
And saw highways on their sacred grounds.
How would they feel about this modern city life.
Tears would come from each others eyes.
As they would stop to realize.
That our people are in great great danger now.
How, would they feel.
Could their smiles be content, then cry.
Cry for the gods, cry for the people.
Cry for the land that was taken away.
And then yet you'll find, Hawai'I.

Posts: 1160The local, state and federal legislatures are overwhelmingly men. The executive branch at all levels overwhelmingly men. Ditto for police and prosecutors. I think there's some parity at the state judicial level but I'm not sure if that applies to criminal courts.
This is about money. Prostitutes don't pay taxes. Sex workers in general don't pay for lobbyists and have PACs to give to the re-election coffers of politicians. If someone with money and knows how the political game works wanted prostitution legalized, it would happen. Look at what happened to medical marijuana. It was all about setting up a tax schedule and a system in that cut out regular people from setting up dispensaries, just wealthy individuals or corporations that could meet the state's financial requirement and pay for the right to operate a virtual monopoly. They're working on doing the same for outright marijuana legalization.
Also, keep in mind who paints a transaction between two consenting adults in terms of morality. Men. Namely, the hypocrites who run churches. It's only a matter of time before before all those mega churches that are getting sweetheart leases from the state decide to get more involved in politics and start focusing on ALL adult oriented businesses.
Women may file complaints that get sex workers arrested, but the laws that were put there to begin with by men and men in power are ones that maintain those laws and that paints it as "vice" who want to maintain control over you and the women in the business, until it's convenient for them to make money on it on their terms.
I don't mean all men or even most men are complicit. I'm talking about the few men who have money, power and "moral" authority. Should sound familiar if you know anything about the history in Hawaii. I'm talking about the people in power who are leading most people by the nose by filling them with manufactured, deceptive outrage like three card Monty, while they're selling OxyContin, sexually assaulting their parishioners or cutting deals in back rooms.

Posts: 175I never understood why prostitution is illegal, yet everything else that achieves the same result is perfectly fine. People are saying men create these laws, but I really think it's women. If it were up to men, we'd allow prostitution, because when what you have going on at home is no longer exciting, we should be allowed to "get pampered" too. It's only fat, old, bags that want to lock men down. The amount of times I heard women saying "I had kids" as an excuse for being fat, I have to hold my tongue, because there are many women out there who don't "let go" once they have kids and stay in good shape. What guy isn't going to want to fuck a 'hoar' for a few dollars when the wife gets fat and no longer wants to fuck?

Meanwhile, and hypocritically, the real 1% have rarely gotten there out of any real work or skill, just luck. Luck in being in the right place at the right time, but more likely lucky in the sense of being born out of a golden vagiana into a trust fund.
When they say prostitution is "morally" wrong, what they're saying to the women whove chosen to be sex workers is that you should be working a shit job for shit money and be happy for that shit, never mind about how "they" make money. "They" just want to keep you in your place and make sure you don't take from their overflowing plates.

We live in two americas, one where the people decide what is legal and what isn't. Then we have the America that decided to use tax money to arrest and attack people for smoking matijuana- the states say yes to matijuana and the department of white justice says no. People who pay for sex around the world know the Europeans and Asians in Asia legalized prostitution because that's what the people wanted. Not corrupt government.

That being said, I do think it was irresponsible of the reporter to not reach out to those groups on the mainland. They've been around for a long time. She seems to have some kind of Christian bent, as she has a pattern of reporting on these kinds of stories.
If the HPD really wanted to shut down "human trafficking" they'd raid and arrest all the p-mps. They know who they are. But mamas don't pack, so they'd rather go after them and keep that sweet, sweet federal grant money rolling in.
