Chinese Man / puerveyor of fine talent to Empire and Mayflower

HONOLULU (AP) A Chinese man is facing deportation after being convicted of trafficking women from his native country to work as prostitutes in Hawaii massage parlors.

Wei Li, also known as Xin Li, pleaded no contest to racketeering-related charges, the Honolulu prosecuting attorney's office said Thursday.

"This is the first time that a foreign national was prosecuted and convicted of trafficking foreign women into Hawaii for prostitution," Prosecuting Attorney Keith Kaneshiro said in a news release.

Li also brought women from China to work in New York massage parlors, Kaneshiro said.

Confidential informants helped prove the women he brought worked in the Mayflower and Empire Relax massage parlors in Honolulu, Kaneshiro said.

All I gotta say is, THANK YOU SIR!. Those Chinese beauties from Empire and Mayflower are to be attributed to you. We mongers wish you plenny mahalos and a golden salute. I got an honors medal from a gumball machine I'd like to present to you; it was even made in your mother country.

I wonder if Yoyo's "friend" who got the special deal from the popo was the infamous Ivy. Hmmm.

Secret Service Agent Reportedly Arrested For Mongering

A Secret Service agent on Vice President Pence's detail has reportedly been suspended after meeting with a prostitute at a Maryland hotel.

The incident, which occurred late last week, was initially reported by CNN and confirmed by the Associated Press, both citing unnamed sources.

A spokesman from the Secret Service confirmed in a statement that it "is aware of an alleged incident involving an off-duty Secret Service employee".

The employee was required to surrender all equipment and was placed on administrative leave, the spokesman said. The employee's security clearance and access to all Secret Service facilities has also been suspended.

"We are exploring the full range of disciplinary actions," the spokesman said.

Police responded to a call from the Maryland hotel manager who became suspicious of activity in one of the rooms, CNN reported, citing multiple law enforcement sources. One source told CNN the agent was caught after police saw him exiting the hotel. This was not a sting, the source said.

The agent was arrested and charged with solicitation, and later self-reported his arrest to the Secret Service, CNN reported.

"The Secret Service takes allegations of criminal activity very seriously," the spokesman said in the statement. The incident is being investigated by the Office of Professional Responsibility, he said.

"The Secret Service is committed to ensuring that all employees are held to the highest level of professional and ethical standards of conduct," the statement said.

The incident echoed aspects of a scandal years ago that marred the agency's reputation and prompted congressional hearings, investigations and vows from senior officials to curb a male-dominated culture of sexism and hard partying. The damaging scandal stemmed from a night of heavy drinking in April 2012 in which male agents brought prostitutes back to their rooms in Cartagena, Colombia, during a presidential trip to the country. About a dozen agents were sent home from the trip for misconduct. Though prostitution was semi-legal where it occurred, it was still banned for Secret Service agents.

Then-Director Mark Sullivan apologized for the scandal but called it an anomaly. In the wake of that incident, the agency adopted new policies banning the consumption of alcohol 10 hours before employees report to work and limiting consumption to "moderate amounts" during off-duty hours. Agents and officers cannot drink alcohol when stationed at the hotel of the public official they are assigned to protect.

In May 2013, a senior supervisor in President Barack Obama's security detail was accused of attempting to re-enter a woman's room in the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington after accidentally leaving behind a bullet from his service weapon. It later emerged that he and another officer also both sent sexually suggestive messages to a female subordinate. Officials removed one of the supervisors from his position and moved the other off the detail to a separate part of the division.

    KHON morning women

My favorite is Kelly Simek, but McKenna Maduli has a BANGIN body. Even Kristine Uyeno is a sight to wake up to. I'd like to thank the stylist who puts all of them in those body tight dresses. McKenna had a form fitting dress this morning that left nothing to the imagination.

Lawsuit: Police Officers, Union Tried To Cover Up Bar Shooting

At least 10 Honolulu police officers were disciplined for their failure to properly investigate a high-profile shooting that involved a colleague.

Hyun Ju Park was shot in the stomach by an off-duty Honolulu police officer on April 3, 2015.

Officials described the incident as an accident.

Park was a bartender at Kings Sports Bar, and Anson Kimura, a sergeant with 25 years on the force, was drinking there with two of his buddies when his gun went off.

At least 10 police officers were disciplined in relation to the Anson Kimura case.

Kimura was eventually charged with assault and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He retired from the Honolulu Police Department before he could be terminated, although HPD lists him as being discharged..
It's just the same old that has been around for decades and it starts at the top. So what the fuck can anyone do? Nothing, just go on with your daily routine.

He retired from the Honolulu Police Department before he could be terminated, although HPD lists him as being discharged.

But the case is far from over.

Park filed a lawsuit in the US District Court of Hawaii last week against HPD alleging the department should have known Kimura had a drinking problem and a history of depression. The lawsuit states it was "entirely foreseeable" that Kimura presented a danger to the public, and that he should not have been carrying a weapon.

Even more troubling are the allegations of a concerted effort by HPD officials to cover up the shooting, along with the help of the police union.

Park's attorney, Eric Seitz, said Kimura was drinking with two other police officers, Sterling Naki and Joshua Omoso, the night his client was shot.

After the shooting, Seitz said, several members of HPD and the State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers showed up on the scene, while Naki and Omoso were allowed to leave. Seitz said it appeared that the sole purpose was to protect Kimura.

Seitz also alleged that none of the officers at the scene called 911 or sent for an ambulance.

"They did nothing to help the woman who was shot," Seitz said in an interview. "They were more concerned about protecting their friend".

Neither SHOPO nor HPD responded to a request for comment about Park's lawsuit.

An annual misconduct report filed with the Hawaii Legislature shows that HPD disciplined 10 officers in relation to the cover-up. None of the officers were named, however, because HPD refuses to release such details about officer misconduct to the public.

Two officers were recommended for discharge for failing to report the shooting and providing false statements to investigators. Eight other officers, who were suspended for three to 10 days, were disciplined for failing to properly investigate the shooting.

All 10 officers have appealed HPD's recommended punishment through a union-approved grievance process.

According to HPD records, most of those cases have gone to arbitration, which means an independent third party will have the final say on whether the officers keep their jobs or serve their suspensions. They could also receive back pay.

The only defendants named in the lawsuit are the city of Honolulu, Kimura, Naki and Omoso. But Seitz said he might include SHOPO as a defendant should the evidence related to the alleged cover-up point in the union's direction.

"I'm looking at the union's role in all this, and you can quote me on that," Seitz said. "I want them to know that I'm looking at the union's culpability".

He said this is a particularly egregious case of officer misconduct in that it resulted in severe injury to an innocent bystander. He said the bullet tore up Park's insides and indicated that she might be permanently disabled as a result.

"SHOPO's job is to protect those officers as a union, and I understand that, I'm a union guy," Seitz said. "But there are times when something like this happens where there is a distinct victim and if SHOPO steps over the line to assist somebody in a way that may be detrimental to the victim or to the public that concerns me".

"I don't want them to be any less vigilant or any less protective of their members. But I want them to do it with integrity".

A jury has found a woman guilty of bribing federal agents in exchange for protecting her Hawaii massage parlor from prostitution raids and help with the USA Citizenship test.

Biyu Situ was found guilty today of two counts of bribery.

She was arrested after Homeland Security investigators said she offered money for raid protection, citizenship help and recruitment of prostitutes.

According to court documents she made the offer after two Chinese women at her massage parlor were arrested for prostitution.

Assistant USA Attorney Larry Butrick says jurors heard recordings of Situ saying she wanted the same arrangement her friend had with police.

She faces deportation to China and up to five years in prison when she's sentenced in July.

Situ's attorney Thomas Otake declined to comment on the verdict.

I always wondered what she meant (or why it wasn't looked into), when she stated "wanted same arrangement her friend had with police"?

Two recent incidents in Massachusetts show the potential risk for mongers in using Backpage.

In one of the incidents, a customer contacted a 19-year-old woman advertising on Backpage, agreed to a $150 "massage" (wink wink), and went to a respectable hotel (a Marriott) to meet her. However, "things went bad and there was a disagreement and he asked for his money back". In response, the woman reportedly lunged at the customer with a knife. Then "an unknown man" appeared, and he and the woman fled from the hotel. The police were able to find the woman (but not her male companion), and now she's charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, armed assault with intent to rob, and misleading police (by telling a false story).

In another incident, a Backpage customer showed up for a meeting at a shopping mall parking lot. A girlfriend/boyfriend duo entered the customer's car and demanded the "donation". The customer declined, so the girlfriend (in the back seat of the car) then held a knife to the customer's throat. The boyfriend (in the front seat of the car) then "began slashing" at the customer with another knife to try "to get the wallet out of his pants". The customer was stabbed in his hand, leg and neck. The girlfriend grabbed the customer's wallet, removed credit cards, and tossed the wallet back to the customer. The duo then fled. Fortunately, the police were able to catch them from video surveillance footage at the mall and the phone number in the advertisement. They're currently being held without bail on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and criminal conspiracy.

Personally, I think incidents like this occur more often than reported, because many victims aren't willing to incriminate themselves to the police as prostitution customers, and/or don't want wives, girlfriends, family members, etc., to learn of their secret hobby.
More reasons to stick with the AMP'S. I only tried an independent once. I was so nervous, couldn't function, wasted money.

There are quite a few from xclusive on there at times. I've seen some bad shit go down when the boyfriend finds out. Some drama posted very publicly on Instagram lately. I would love to smash a few but the jealous boyfriend lurking around makes it too risky and not worth the possible drama.

Instagram is funny as you can kind of tell what's happening as some of these girls are traveling an awful lot all over the world and staying in suites. Why are there never pics of who they are with LOL? Some dude is paying for that and it's not their boyfriend believe me.
