Of course, Kathryn failed to mention that the Hawaii Supreme Court's ruling was written by a female judge, and that a second female judge was among the judges who approved it.

Posts: 1160Sex trafficking hysteria apparently cultivated by an oil heiress
I've often speculated that the hysteria over sex trafficking is being coordinated. According to this Medium post, my suspicions been confirmed: https://medium.com/@dominaelle/how-a...e-65e59a41dd5b.
Some takeaways from the article:
* When thinking of exploitation according to anti trafficking narratives, they constantly refer to exploitation committed by pimps or clients. However, under scrutiny, the majority of the exploitation is being perpetrated when erotic service providers and their clients are arrested then forced into treatment programs. These programs rely on participants for funding, law enforcement agencies rely on arrests for funding, the adjunct social services agencies rely on participants in their programs for their funding.
* "We decided we wouldn't make a distinction between women who are coerced and women who choose. ".
* The quantum leap was centered on conflating all prostitution with forced sex labor and to weaponize government officials, the media and laws to attack the sex trade.

What we're seeing is the final sell-off of Hawaii to people who don't live here. If you are from here, their goal is to get you to move out or to make life so hard that you're effectively an indentured servant. But hey, you get live aloha, right? (Whatever the fuck that means.)
The sad thing is, most people here are clinging to this idea of Hawaii that went away in the '80's or '90's and they're drowning because there is nothing to cling to.
