If so, then maybe someone should scan those places with an electronic sensor device that has both passive and active RF emitters to detect both bugging devices. All the judge has to warrant such actions is for LE to document some type of event either through the providers's cell phone messages or from the establishment's phone system to establish probable cause.

Some good questions and possible tools. If LE bugged a place it would either be covert or with the consent of an owner. Bugging a multi room place would take awhile and they would need to maintain 24*7 surveillance. They would mostly do this when the business is closed. Also they would need to be either nearby or in one of the rooms. To detect cameras simply point your iPhone camera around the room while the lady is out, a hidden camera will show as a bright red light on the screen, it is not difficult to detect. Also in the area check for any strong WIFI signals that don't seem right. There will be dozens of WIFI signals in an area but some will seem out of place.

As far as cell phones you should obtain a burner and use that for communications, these should be discarded upon detection or suspicion of surveillance. As far as ipads / computers using a VPN provides a secure method of using the Internet. During the recent news reports the customer cars were stopped near by LE after leaving the businesses. This was to make contact and secure a legal I'd of the person. They obviously where near by watching customers go into a place and leave. It is best to park nearby and walk to your car, pause if you find someone following you. If this happens to you, you may want to get some bond money together, get an attorney or take a vacation. It looks as if they want to indict at least 100 customers at a time so at 8 to 10 customers a day this would take two weeks. By the way all this is being done in Florida.

I recommend checking an area prior to going in to see if anyone is hanging around. As far as passive and active RF emitters these are used for bugging and there are detection devices to find them. RF Scanners are not expensive and can lower risk. Anyway spider sense is also good as well. Mostly I look at the mama sans and see how they are acting. Safe adventures.

But these raids recently, things are different.

People were sent to outside I heard. Then for a few hours, girls were allowed to back to shops.

With search warrant, it has nothing wrong for LE to do that.

If I hear any result, I would feel okay to visit those places but in this mysterious situation, I will not visit any place.

Drug, immigration issue, tax or money laundering, organized prostitution mafia? Nothing is outed, sounds more scary.

LE say their intention was not to catch sexual activity but find more fatal serious felony scenes (like organized immigraioj fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, human trafficking, organizaed sex trafficking), and by councidence those mongers were seen?

If le check me with probable reason of terror, but found only smuggled cigarette cartons. I can not complain when my cartons are seized.

There was an artical saying he might try to get the case throw out of the court. Since LE went to the judge to get permission to set up hidden camera in the room, using human trafficking as their reason.

Kraft could say there was no one charged for human trafficking as yet in this case. So the hidden camera setup was simply invasion of his privacy.

Is a matter of money and time.

Kraft can spend money for attorney.

He can get off day for court appeal and losing reputation now is not hurting his life. If his attorney go for constant postpone (he may have to show up at court in suits only to stay there putting his signature on quick trian waiver paper for one minute every montg for 2 years, his cas may get dimissed and nothing affect his life.

But I bet for most of people, that is not easy to do.

You missed my point. I'm pretty well aware why it was done. My question is how is it allowed when the whole basis of phoning in bomb threats especially fake ones is highly illegal.

The reports say the video shows HJ & BJ to completion (assumed from towel wipedown) and payment ($ + ?) on one occasion. I'm no lawyer, but maybe they could claim that he's not CLEARLY identifiable on the video. The problem is that he didn't get a massage, so what did he pay her for?

I'm wondering what the other 100+ guys are claiming. Can they just sit back and say "give me what Bob Kraft got"?

I'm considering not going out until the Florida case is closed, or at least Kraft's.

It is legal if LE goes to the judge to get a warrant to set up the hidden camera. That was what they did using " human trafficking" as their reason to setup the camera. Now days they have camera to record in very low light condition. So don't be surprise they can have clear video of activity inside the room area.
