I don't understand why they chose that location when proud successful people, some of them extremely hate someone that seem to not belong to their level.

Used to live up there. Houses are very close together and can hear everyone's business, including noisy fucking. People up there can easily keep track of who their neighbors are and activity. If anything, these operations should use BnB rentals for 30 day leases and then move on once they make enough.

I believe the pic in the new story is the old home. Another story shows a newly built 2-3 story home. It's those Chinese contractor connections. I went to the one in Aina Haina. They use the place while under construction or renovation until it is rented or sold. That's my guess with this one.
