My point, exactly. All about that burden of proof. Circumstantial won't cut it, I don't think. Also, aren't they using human trafficking money from the feds? Don't they need to show that in order to justify those funds? I think Uncle Sam might be asking for their money back pretty soon.

Wasn't she involved in 2015 with that HPD officer that was busted in McCully selling drugs and both got out with no problem. Katherine K was involved with the investigation and Tiff got off the hook. Now she reported her Mercedes was stolen. I guess she still got lots of money to spend.
