As you said, bail, lawyer fee is big and.

To get dismissed or go for plea deal either way, legal process is not "decide ok so finish now".

I saw one friend who got charged of trivial state misdemeanor and to get dismissed, it took almost 18 months. Constant postpone by request (if judge allow it, it is good for him), which means he had to show up at court in the weekday morning every six weeks for 17 months. Prosecutor would try to warn you putting one more charge (lawyer would say it would be just prosecutor's tactic but not funny).

And your reputation wouod be broken while law say "you are still innocent".

And if prostitution. While you are sentenced "not guilty", you can not be seen at AMP. Lawyer would advise to avoid any confront with LE for ANY REASON. Even dui charge would affect.

Some girls charged. They just can not work though they want. While lawsuit of course. And if they go for probation on the condition LE doesn't report it to immigration court (prostitution is one of misdemeanor that can bring deportation), they must NOT be seen at any AMP or adult bar, club for years.

After two days yuki and one mama were arrested, one more woman got arrested. Just not in news.

The third one arrested had been arrested last year too. Last year when yokohana, pink orchid owner, 3 women got raided, she was one of those three and last week got raided again.

Thats f'd up. If that IS LE, how dumb do they think we are? Who in his right mind would respond to a text like that in a way that implicates himself? Be careful guys. Remember that Xian witch said in her tv interview that LE should begin to go after the johns because they are the ones driving the businesses at massage parlors.

On another note, it was confirmed that girls' phones were kept overnight in some cases so who knows what LE did with them. Also, remember that only two of the eight women indicted have been arrested so its a matter of time before another raid is conducted. Stay smart.
