March, April, June, August. Almost 40 get indicted of felony.

Trial doesn't mean sentencing. More hearings and trials for months or years.

Dream spa case didn't finish yet. Gogo spa case same, still ongoing. A few indicted last August still go to court.

It is not traffic ticket case.

Be patient.

If someone in law can discuss, I'm just curious about why and how these places keep opening up (Ume) especially in light of the circumstances.

It seems the doom and gloom is just a lot of hype or is it real? Doesn't seem like it is with the owners of these places that keep coming back. Not that I'm complaining but I'm just real curious how this whacky law works when no one really seems all that intimidated.

Almost no screening (not anymore) so any informants go and say bullshit while recorder operating. No name change, just make an appointment and see her while hidden camera catch how she looks. Dang popular miss who, she said her stage name by herself.

Most workers are green card holder with kids. One sentence convicted one with morality crime can be reported to ice. Easy to get help.

When many hookers believe pimps are the only one who care for them unlike their fucked up biological or foster family, women will resist pimps actually exploit them. Not easy to persuade fucked up young girls' brain.

They're going after the establishments that advertise as a business so they can charge them with operating an illegal business, a Class B felony. The most they'd get at this place is prostitution, a petty misdemeanor.
