I paid nearly $300 at Four Seasons for the full package. As SavFish said, it's way up there in quality and a worth a detour on a road trip.

I have but not at the time of service. I did that once and she thought I was trying to get a discount or something and it made it a little awkward. I have dropped by just out of the blue with chocolates or Chinese candy. I read on a forum somewhere about a guy who would bring his fresh caught fish or eels to mama.
