I don't know about Broward County but in West Palm Beach the only action is around Broadway near 45th and 54th St. Pretty much everything else is dead.

Also keep in mind the gentrification areas like Lake Worth are going through since Covid. The people walking along the sidewalks on Federal are a totally different economic demographic than it used to be.

With this comes a lot more attention and clean up.

The seeds were planted before Covid, it just helped accelerate the process.

Bro in the 90's and 2000's they were literally fighting for their corner. In one cruise you could spot more than a dozen. The good old days.

It's not Covid. On the other hand, I think that Fentanyl has killed off most of the opioid users. It seems like most of the remaining SWs are crackheads.
