WTF happened to the not so long ago days of donations being QV: 50 to 80 HH: 80 to 120 Hr 120 to 150.

Almost everyone on B. P. Is insisting on rates of QV 100 to 150 Hh 150 to 200 and HR 200 to 300 (even as high as 500).
