The last I knew, THAT Hongshun Spa location also ran a "sister" site on Mead Ave, just off Clark Rd a bit east of the BMW dealer.

Even though Google Maps shows that Bee Ridge location as being named "Healthy 77 Spa", I'm pretty sure that's old data, as I see www.hongshunspa.com clearly shows that Bee Ridge location.

Interestingly, the location on Mead Ave shows up on Google Maps as Hongxiang Spa (which would pronounce very closely to "Hongshun", I believe, but I'm not an expert Mandarin or Cantonese linguist). Even MORE interesting is that the website at http://www.hongxiangspa.com is CLEARLY an "HTML Twin" of the other. All of that seems to confirm the same ownership / management, so one would expect similar pricing and services, adjusted by the talents of each individual provider, but pretty close I should think.

Both websites quote the hourly rate at $70, then, of course, the tip would be on top of that. The $200 tip you were quoted is simply outrageous, and even the $160 tip you paid is the going rate for super-hot-drop-dead-gorgeous 20 to early 30-year-olds in a number of the "high end" AMPs in Tampa, which makes paying that rate for a 40 something kinda high. With the relative talent in the Sarasota area being pretty ragged lately, I suppose you could justify that high cost for that LOCAL 40 something as the amount you'd spend in gas and time to get to / from Tampa, even though the Tampa talent is far better.

The last time I was at Hongshun Spa (over a year ago), that same pricing was in place, but the attitude of the girl was very much ALL BUSINESS and very focused on the money aspect of the transaction.
