Was cruising the jmar areas around 10:30 am and saw what looked like a new WSW in the area. Had short blonde hair and was wearing a black dress with white ankle boots. Looked pretty fresh. Rolled by with the window down to check her out and she smiled and waved. Went around the block to try and scoop her up but as I was coming around was too late, she hopped in someone's car.

Anybody pick up on atlantic and going south on Cypress? I was by there around 4-5 pm and seen a couple of what seemed to be WSW, not sure tho might have been civilians, but I for certain seen that thick lady that's always carrying a suitcase I think she's hispanic a LSW forgot her name but she's a provider, she was over there so makes me wonder.
