Not sure but that could be Dasyl. Usually hangs either in that area or off Broward Blvd and 31st near the Checkers and liquor store. Used to be FAT a long time ago, then hit the streets and lost all her weight. Has legit mental health issues, was in the news and everything a few years ago. I've never had a bad time with her and she never did me dirty, but I stay away these days. There are times you'll see her near the red and whites just totally cracked out and twitching and walking all zombie-like. You must have caught her when she's more coherent.
