Anyone been to golden eyes? The one time I went was a pretty disappointing experience but wondering if that was the norm these days.

You speak calmly in a take it or leave it manner. Put an offer out and see if they want to work with you. If not, you say thank you but you'll go. If she is dropping the price than you figure out if it's worth it for you. It only works because you have to literally be willing to walk out if it's too much for you. Take it or leave it.
