First off I have not met CiCi but from a few reviews of her on here it sounds like her services were over priced at. 40.

I usually max out at. 60 for a QV and. 80 for HH ($ with proven good providers) anything more or longer would depend on past service and what is on offer.

Raising rates only works when demand far exceeds supply. For Cici, her location limits demand for her services and trying to raise her rates will probably hurt her in the long run. You are 100% correct. Not many out there walking. Several have moved to STG. Most rely on past clients calling or texting them on their cell phones.
