With the demise of BackPage it isn't easy to find any new places, so please chime in on anything I missed. I am listing these in North-to-South order, generally as you mosey down US Route 441.

1. Xuan Lu Spa 5xx7 SE Abshier Blvd Belleview.

This is a non-erotic spa that opened in 2017. It is a sister spa to Xuan Lu in Ocala. If you go you will likely get a good massage.

2. Best Asian Massage 1xxx1 SE US 441 Belleview.

This place is in the Almeida strip shopping center as you head south out of town. They have cute Chinese ladies that give decent massage and a nice hand finish. Usually friendly and glad to see you. On rubmaps it has been reviewed 36 times which is indicative of its popularity.

3. Lakeview Day Spa 1xxx7 US 441 Summerfield.

This was one of three area spas that all opened at about the same time in fall 2013. The ladies here are usually 35-50 and give decent massages. I have actually done some dining on a few of them, but they do not reciprocate (hand only). The place never had a shower before but it looks like they got new management recently who fit a table shower into the kitchen area. Got to hand it to them for the creativity.

4. Villages Massage 1xxx0 US 441 Weirsdale.

They have been holding their "Grand Opening" since 2012 and have 49 reviews on rubmaps. The ladies are usually Korean in the 30-45 range and I have had some hot sessions here. You can often get pretty high-level service as a tradeoff on massage quality. Whenever my car needs serviced I take it to the auto place next door and just while away my time at the spa.

5. Ping's Place Massage 1xxx5 SE 177th Place Summerfield.

This place is in a business park (Spruce Creek?) that is just off 441. Turn at 176th Place and make the first right turn into the business park. Ping's opened in fall 2013 and has 79 reviews on rubmaps. For most of this time it was owned by a lady named Katie who kept getting younger girls that were very full with their services. Katie got out of the business in summer 2018 and the new owner wasn't getting quite the same level of ladies. Happily, some late 2018 reports indicate that things have changed for the better. The owner / MMS is the very-friendly Yoko that usually brings in 35-45 year old Korean ladies that are very consistent in their service. They are usually happy to see you, give good table shower and massage. Many will do prostate work and are great at teasing you, but hand finishes only.

As I mentioned in earlier posts on this forum, here is a list of AMPs in the Lake County area Leesburg to Mt. Dora. The first AMP opened in the lakes area in 2013 and there now appear to be seven (at least). I don't get down this way very often anymore so much of what I list here is gleaned from forum reports or reviews on rub maps. I strongly suspect there may be others; I know I found one new one just by searching Asian Massage Eustis on google.

Here are the seven I know about. The first five are right off US 441 and the last two up Bay Street into Eustis. I list going west to east on 441.

1. Asian Massage 1318 W North Blvd (US 441) Leesburg.

Opened late 2016. I think this place is under the same management as a group of seven other spas (Lake City, Starke, Gainesville, Crystal River and three Ocala) around the area. You get mature asian ladies that give a good massage and are great at teasing you, but then hand you some oil to DIY at the end. Every now and then a report crops up where they go a little farther; I think they do that just to kick up business. Of course if they did the HE in the first place both tips and business would be up anyway. So YMMV.

2. Leesburg Massage 10700 US 441 Leesburg.

Down 441 by Lake Harris in a strip mall next to Anytime Fitness. Go work out, then go next door for a shower and to get your muscles rubbed out. Opened in early 2016. Have not been here myself but most report typical AMP-style service and left happy.

3. River Massage 11433 US 441 Tavares.

In a strip mall on the other side of the road from Leesburg Massage. Opened in early 2016. Not really an AMP; River Spa is nonerotic but gives pretty good massage.

4. Tao Spa 334 W Burleigh Blvd (US 441 after the Rt 19 interchange) Tavares.

Opened in late 2016. Have not been here myself but reports suggest it is a typical AMP where you are happy when you leave.

5. Galaxy Health Spa 16732 US 441 Mt Dora.

Originally opened in 2013 but has been closed at least twice for several months. The current edition has been going since fall 2017. It is a typical AMP with friendly mature Asian ladies. They are happy you came in and you will be happy you did. There is an auto service shop in the same strip mall, so Galaxy gives you something to do while you are get your car's oil changed. 6. Korean Girls 2808 S Bay St Eustis.
