Young man the best advice I can give you is read, read and read some more. Once you figure out what you desire narrow down your choices and go for it. Might have better luck asking in the Brevard forum. With a location of " in your dreams" I would have my doubts as to being legit. There is one similar in Leesburg or should say there was a week ago.
