Yea it's not base model and It's always clean and has chrome wheels. The infotainment system is always blacked out and there's no lights in the car. I've seen him for a couple years. There was a fight recently at the bar near BK that bled out to the street and I finally saw him use his lights.

Attempted to have a dream drove up and down Broadway and us1 from the port bridge in Riviera down to Delray atl around 7-9 and only saw what might've been 1 LWSW. Streets are dead LOL.
