Yes, Elana seems to have disappeared. I had a 352 number for her and it's no longer in service. The site you linked to has a nice mix of real and completely fake profiles and even the real profiles that are ancient and inactive seem to receive new recent reviews, which appear to me to be fake ones generated by the site.
