It sounds like. 5 is the standard rate for a HE and Ben can easily bring serious enhancements. Reports show that FS can run anywhere from $ to just slightly higher.

Now for a personal experience. I just returned from an extended business trip to a west coast city over twice the size of FM (and no, I will not identify it.) I found only a dozen AMPs in the area, half of them on their equivalent of 41. Prices were the same as the low end here, but the similarity ended right there. According to the local posts there, and personal experience, draping is universally mandatory and extras are not available beyond providing oil for DIY. I opted for an extra-cost TS at one location, only to encounter draping even in the TS and no washing of the draped area. Forum reports indicate this to be a long-standing situation. (I did read one report of a place that had provided a HE but the specific location was not identified.).
