Spent some time there today and was not impressed, always had real good luck in the past. Yes, Grandview Live is still open as of tonight, and has no external indication of closing. They, like other clubs, are even advertising Halloween activities for the 31st. From my limited knowledge, the problems surrounding the club revolve around the legal wrangling of the business partners, the property owner, and the City of Daytona. The club still seems to be doing business as usual. My opinion is that if it does close, it will be hard and fast. Basically, a lock on the door. Of course, I am wrong a lot.

The new Sharks (Candy's) is pretty much like the old Sharks. I have not been inside since early September. If you liked the old Sharks, you will like the new one. I found it too small for my liking.

On a side note, Big Daddy's is still open and had about 20 cars in the lot when I drove by around 10:00 tonight. That was more than Diamond Dolls which was dead.
