If you read his post he says a visit is overdue; meaning he has not seen her yet. So why don't you just take the easiest path and contact Robin and ask her what her donations are? I believe it may be because of very poor cell service in that property. I remember seeing peaches and Sadie there that service was almost non existent. I believe you are correct about being pricey as well, never visited here.
