Oh, for sure. If you pay up front and wait for the girl to finish what she's doing to come out and reveal herself, you'll likely be disappointed and wanting your money back.

Holding the money till you meet your masseuse will either get you denied service because there's only one fat, old, ugly woman back there or change the girl that was going to come out to a younger, better looking massage lady if that option is available.

Either way it makes sense not to pay for anything till after you can check her out.
