Today I was in the area with some free time and decided to roll the dice at MM. I drew Camila, and was excited for what seemed to be the start of a great experience. HOWEVER, as soon as her "massage" began I knew I was mistaken. She spend 10 minutes "poking" at my lower back before she became bored and instructed me to flip over. We all know the extra $2 charge is to offset the swipe fee. Maybe they're combining the house fee and the tip into one charge and therefore paying only one swipe fee. It's just a guess but that might explain it.

It could also just be a "per visit" kind of thing too. Maybe not per charge. I'm sure most AMP's may be different.
