Interesting article, I know that up in Delaware, (as I am sure in other places as well), the state police ran stings from backpage and craigslist as well, posting ads then arresting them as they showed up at the hotel. They also had to be easy. And cheap stings to set up, as they just had to get a prepaid phone and then post the ad. Actually surprised there weren't more than there was.
