I think you might be guilty of overestimating them. I'd put it down to pure incompetence, especially as they can get them free at family planning (that's what one provider told me anyway). Some of my no-condom experiences happened when they started to look for one when it was time to use it. Two outcall providers didn't bring them because they thought I'd have them. But as long as we still come and pay them, they just don't care to get organized. I have been offered bb in lieu of the missing condom before, but I'd never take that up. Was interested in this one after reading Ghost's good review, like the fact that she drives herself to you.
