To add, I think Royal also keeps track of what services were offered that is tied to your number. They never ever ask what I want or talk of money. They assume based upon prior visits so there doesn't need to be any mention of anything. That protects them as well as us from talking of illegal activities. Pretty smart imo.

I picked up on that as well. Never really encountered that before at a shop. They must have some database going on all of us!
